REAL SPORT is a Bulgarian manufacturer of high-quality, customised sports kit, based in Gabrovo. We produce professional-quality kits and T-shirts — for teams, individual amateur athletes and larger groups of people who want matching, fully customised clothing.
Our core technology is full sublimation — a process in which the ink is infused into the very fibres of the fabric under high temperature and pressure. The result: the colours do not fade, crack or peel over time, even after hundreds of washes. The fabric is 100% breathable polyester, which wicks away sweat and ensures comfort during any activity — whether you’re at training, a match or a tournament.
We work with teams of all sizes — football, volleyball, basketball and other sports clubs, as well as children’s and youth academies and schools — who want kit with a design that reflects their identity. We also work with individual athletes and amateurs who want their own unique kit — regardless of the quantity. With us, the minimum order quantity is just one item, with free personalisation of name and number.
As well as individual customers, we also accept orders from larger groups — companies, groups of friends, fan clubs, events and initiatives — who require large quantities of identical, personalised clothing featuring a logo or slogan. The larger the group, the more convenient and cost-effective the entire order process becomes — which is why we encourage clubs, schools and organisations to place orders for the whole team or group in one go.
Every order includes a free design, tailored to the customer’s vision, and the production time is between 10 and 20 working days — which is fast for fully personalised kit. We oversee the entire process — from fabric and printing to sewing — at our own production facility in Gabrovo, with no middlemen and no compromise on quality.

We have an Epson SureColor F9500 printer — one of the most advanced digital printers for sublimation printing on the market, designed for high speed and precision in large-scale production. Combined with a calender (for fixing the print directly onto the fabric in a continuous high-temperature process) and a heat press (for finishing the finished products), we have a complete production cycle — from ink-coated paper to the final product.
